We collect from 22 sources at once: Public Procurement Bulletin (national public tenders), TED (all EU public tenders above thresholds), Competitiveness Databases (projekty z funduszy UE), platform zakupowych (eB2B, Logintrade, Marketplanet) and national services Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltic states — that is where orders below EU thresholds, which are not in TED, are located.
Foreign notices get Polish titles and shortened descriptions, so a Polish query also hits procedures described in German or Dutch.
Monitoring sends notifications matching your keywords. The problem is that titles are written in officialese — "service for conducting media content monitoring research" does not contain the word that someone from media analysis would search for. Our search matches by znaczeniu, not by the word's sound, and it also searches descriptions and documentation, not just titles.
Aggregation is the starting point — we collect notices from 22 sources in one place. But collection alone solves nothing, as there are 55 293 active proceedings. The value begins where we extract participation requirements, bid bonds, deadlines, and the list of documents to be submitted from the documentation — that is, the basis upon which the decision to participate is made.
In three steps. The model understands your business description and converts it into CPV codes and industry terms. Semantic matching selects procedures from the entire database. Finally, documentation analysis extracts from hundreds of pages of specifications those dozen or so sentences that matter: participation conditions, evaluation criteria, contractual penalties. Data from our database is surprisingly encouraging: the median is 3 oferty for a tender, and about one quarter proceedings are settled with one offer. The market is not saturated — it is opaque, and that is a difference that can be bridged with a tool.
