🎯

AI matching + disqualifiers

You describe what you do — you get procedures by relevance. AI reads the content and extracts participation conditions, required references, certificates, and staff qualifications, and warns: "you will fail here because…".

Winning bid amounts — bid openings

We extract public "bid opening information": a named list of bidders with amounts, price ranges, and the winner's price. You know how to price because you see how others price.

How it works

Data from official, public sources — processed daily and enriched by AI.

  1. 1 We collect

TED (EU) + BZP/e-Zamówienia — contract notices, amendments and results; plans and market consultations.

  2. 2 We connect

All notices for a single procedure are linked together (OCDS) — you see the history of the public tender, not individual entries.

  3. 3 Enriching with AI

We extract terms, criteria, amounts, and bidders from the content and attachments (tender documentation, bid openings) — including scans.

  4. 4 We warn

Deadlines, procedure changes, risk signals (e.g. suspicious amounts in the source) and competitive advantages.

Sources: ted.europa.eu · ezamowienia.gov.pl (BZP) · public procurement documents. Amounts with errors entered by contracting authorities in the source are marked, not hidden.

Where we source tenders from

Ogłoszenia są rozsypane po kilkunastu systemach i żaden z nich nie zawiera całego rynku. We collect from 22 sources at once: Public Procurement Bulletin (national public tenders), TED (all EU public tenders above thresholds), Competitiveness Databases (projekty z funduszy UE), platform zakupowych (eB2B, Logintrade, Marketplanet) and national services Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltic states — that is where orders below EU thresholds, which are not in TED, are located.

Foreign notices get Polish titles and shortened descriptions, so a Polish query also hits procedures described in German or Dutch.

FAQ

How does a public tender search engine differ from standard monitoring?

Monitoring sends notifications matching your keywords. The problem is that titles are written in officialese — "service for conducting media content monitoring research" does not contain the word that someone from media analysis would search for. Our search matches by znaczeniu, not by the word's sound, and it also searches descriptions and documentation, not just titles.

Is this a public tender aggregator?

Aggregation is the starting point — we collect notices from 22 sources in one place. But collection alone solves nothing, as there are 55 293 active proceedings. The value begins where we extract participation requirements, bid bonds, deadlines, and the list of documents to be submitted from the documentation — that is, the basis upon which the decision to participate is made.

How does the AI public tender search engine work?

In three steps. The model understands your business description and converts it into CPV codes and industry terms. Semantic matching selects procedures from the entire database. Finally, documentation analysis extracts from hundreds of pages of specifications those dozen or so sentences that matter: participation conditions, evaluation criteria, contractual penalties. We described this in more detail in the text AI in procurement — along with what artificial intelligence should not be trusted with.

Will I find EU public tenders here?

Yes. Orders above EU thresholds from across the Union come from the TED journal, and orders below thresholds — from national portals of eight countries. We described how to prepare for an EU procedure in our guide How to win EU tenders.

Is it worth bidding at all?

Data from our database is surprisingly encouraging: the median is 3 oferty for a tender, and about one quarter proceedings are settled with one offer. The market is not saturated — it is opaque, and that is a difference that can be bridged with a tool.
