What you won't find in one place
TED contains only tenders above EU thresholds. Smaller tenders — and there are many more of these, which are within reach of a smaller company — must be sought in national systems. Therefore, TED alone is not enough, and the national bulletin alone shows only one market.
In addition, there are purchasing platforms where large contracting authorities conduct commercial proceedings that are not published in any bulletin. Without them, the market picture is incomplete.
