New tenders — notices from the last 24 hours

Over the last 24 hours, 26 new announcements from 14 sources have entered our database — from BZP and TED to the Competitiveness Database and purchasing platforms. With a median of only 2 bids per tender, the one who finds out about the proceeding on the first day has the most time for documentation analysis, questions to the contracting authority, and calm valuation.

Today's announcements by source: BZP, TED, BK, purchasing platforms

Each source is a different slice of the market. BZP (e-Zamówienia) covers national proceedings below EU thresholds — this is the largest stream of announcements and a natural playing field for SMEs. TED covers orders above EU thresholds, including large infrastructure contracts, as well as proceedings from other EU countries. The Competitiveness Database (Baza Konkurencyjności) gathers requests for proposals from EU projects, conducted outside the Public Procurement Law. Purchasing platforms complement the picture with minor orders and company purchases that never reach official bulletins. On top of that, there are official foreign registers from Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

We sort the list below from the freshest announcements, and you can narrow it down to one source, industry, or value range. A separate filter shows proceedings that end this week — there are currently 15 060 of them — if you prefer to start with those where a decision must be made immediately.

Alerts semantically matched to your business description

Classic keyword alerts fail for a simple reason: contracting authorities describe the same subject of the order in dozens of ways. A company looking for "photovoltaic installations" will not see an announcement for the "construction of renewable energy sources on public utility facilities," even though it is exactly their line of work.

Our alerts work differently. You describe your company's activity in your own words — what you do, what you have completed, what you are looking for — and the matching works at the level of meaning, not identical phrases. New announcements from the last 24 hours are compared with your profile, and you receive only those that actually fit your business. Less noise, fewer missed opportunities: with 24% of proceedings decided by a single bid, just finding out about a tender on time can be half the success.

FAQ

How quickly do new notices reach the database?

We download notices from all 14 sources daily, and the site shows everything published in the last 24 hours. The counter at the top refreshes directly from the database.

How much time do I usually have to submit a bid?

In domestic procedures below EU thresholds, the minimum deadlines are 7 days for supplies and services and 14 days for construction works; above the thresholds, more than 30 days is the standard. In requests for proposals outside the Public Procurement Law, it can be shorter — that is why every day from publication counts.

Why is it worth reacting on the first day?

Because the first few days are the only time to ask questions about the content of the tender documents and obtain binding clarifications. Anyone who starts the analysis just before the deadline submits a bid based on assumptions instead of answers — and with a median of 2 bids per procedure, a well-prepared bid has a real chance.

What is the difference between a semantic alert and a keyword alert?

A keyword alert requires that the exact phrase you entered appears in the announcement. A semantic alert compares the meaning of the announcement with your business description, so it also catches proceedings described with completely different vocabulary. In practice, this means fewer false positives and fewer missed tenders.

What to do when the notice does not yet have full documentation?

=== UŻYTE ZNACZNIKI DYNAMICZNE === - 3 468 — liczba aktywnych przetargów BZP z wadium = 0 (strona: przetargi-bez-wadium, lead; obecnie 2 955) - 80 — liczba aktywnych zamówień poniżej 130 tys. zł netto z BK i platform zakupowych (strona: przetargi-do-130-tys, lead) - 26 — liczba ogłoszeń opublikowanych w ostatnich 24 godzinach ze wszystkich źródeł (strona: nowe-przetargi, lead) - 15 060 — liczba aktywnych postępowań z terminem składania ofert w ciągu 7 dni (strona: nowe-przetargi, sekcja źródeł)
